I checked with our trunk mounted bike rack manufacturers and none of them have any recommended fits for your 2019 BMW X5. Best option would be a hitch mounted option like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z with a hitch installed like the Draw Tite part # DT96GR which is totally hidden or the part # 76288 which is mostly hidden.
