You definitely have great start to the parts needed to flat tow your 2022 Chevy Blazer RS! Here are the parts that I recommend using:

Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - # RM-523204-5
Nighthawk All Terrain Tow Bar - # RM-676 (comes with partial wiring)
Towing Combo Kit - # RM-9284-2 (comes with the rest of the wiring plus extras)
Battery Disconnect with Switch - # RM-766
Charge Line Kit - # RM-156-25
Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO - # DM86VR
High-Low Adapter - See attached article (bar mount height is 13.5")

I really like the Nighthawk tow bar because it has channels to hold the safety cables and wiring plus it has LED lights on the sides of the arms so others on the highway can definitely tell you're flat towing the Blazer. The combo kit gives you the rest of the parts you need for the wiring plus locks for the arms and the tow bar to your RV plus a cover and silicone spray to help maintain the tow bar.

The battery disconnect is to protect your vehicle wiring and then the charge line kit keeps your battery topped off with power from your motorhome since the braking system draws power from the battery on your vehicle. The Stay-IN-Play is one of the best braking systems on the market. It installs once but is out of the way so you won't know it's there during normal driving.

Attached are some videos you can check out for more information on these parts.
