I am looking for a roof rack that will fit a 2005 Ford F250 crew cab with naked roof.

I recommend installing the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack # Y02-490B on your 2005 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
This installs on tracks so you're able to adjust the crossbar spread as needed but it does require you to drill into the roof of your truck. While this may seem daunting, it's the only option available for your truck and once it's installed it can accommodate a wide variety of applications.
