You can likely find a replacement washer at your local hardware/home improvement store but if you're looking for complete new hardware you'll need to get the whole Universal Z-Mount Bracket Kit for Furrion Rooftop Solar Panels # FR44PR as Furrion doesn't have these parts pieced out individually.
