The jack rebuild kits we offer do fix a locked up landing gear jack. Since your jack is the follower leg you'd need the part # LG-146060. If it was the lead leg it would be the part # LG-146059.

You should need repair kit #LG-146059 for the lead leg and #LG-146060 for the follower leg. From the picture you sent in I was able to determine that you have a Venture landing gear set VMC900R.
