For your application I recommend using a SeaSucker Monkey Bar roof rack which comes with 48" Bars # 298-SX6000B or 60" Bars # SEA99FR depending on what you're needing. A lot of the popular manufacturers used to have fits but when they updated their line of roof racks they didn't produce a new fit kit for the Chrysler Town and Country vans for whatever reason. The SeaSucker uses powerful vacuum cups to secure to your roof so they are perfect for naked roofs like what you have.
If the purpose of the roof rack is to add more cargo carrying real estate then I recommend checking out the Yakima GrandTour Rooftop Cargo Box # YA74FR because it has a really sleek design that will match the style of your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country, it comes with dual side access, and the mounting hardware is super easy to use so securing it to your roof will be a breeze.
