No, you would not need to change your current converter/charger in order to use the Go Power Overlander Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller # 34282181 in your 2019 Jayco Redhawk 22CSE with solar prep. The solar and converter charger do not meet.
The converter/charger would convert the ac power to dc power and end at the batteries. The solar power will go through the solar controller and end at the batteries. These systems are independent of each other, so you would not have to change your converter/charger.
