How To Find What Size T-Bolt I Need For My Chief Safari Roof Rack On My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
I have a JGC Trailhawk with a Chief safari roof rack. What landing pads or t-nuts would work with the top panels or the rails?

Expert Reply:
In order to determine which t-bolts are needed for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with the Chief Safari roof rack you will need to know the dimensions of your top channel are.
You will also need to know what thread pitch of the accessory you're wanting to attach is.
For instance, the Replacement Square T-Bolt for Thule Xadapt12 Watersports Adapter Kit # 853208914 is an M6 bolt that measures 7/8" long, .23" wide at the threaded section, and is 3/4" wide at the top.
I have attached an image showing this for you to check out as well.
Feel free to let me know what you need and I'd be happy to find something for you.
