Can Thule WingBars on 2018 Toyota Highlander be Moved to Use Thule Hullavator
Question:
Thanks for the info. Can I buy the replacement rubber strips that fit into the wing bar since I will be moving the bar more to one side? Im afraid if I just cut the existing to fit into the bar for the new position of the wing I have these these small pieces blow away when driving.

Yes, if you'd like to position the 53 inch Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420 on your 2018 Toyota Highlander off-center you can do so to gain the added overhang on each side to use the Hullavator, which is following part number:
- Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist # TH898
Doing so will allow you to use the Hullavator # TH898 so you won't have to get new crossbars so it's a good idea. The only other thing I recommend considering are locks for the Hullavator, which you can add with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200.
