When airing up the Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire # AM10066, the tire is designed to be inflated to the 80 psi when the weather is colder. The tire can handle the increased pressure that comes with they heat up during driving. The only way it would get to hot is if you exceed the speed rating for the tire.

The Kenda Tire # AM10066 has a speed rating of 65 MPH. It has a load range C with a ply rating of 6 and has a maximum load capacity of 1,045 pounds at 80 psi.
