Does a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Require an Adapter to Use a Furrion Back-Up Camera

Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 4.3 Screen Item # FOS43TASF The etrailer install video mentions if you have a Chevrolet Silverado an additional part may be required. I have a 2021 Silverado 1500 Duramax . Is an extra part required for the install of above product. Note: RV has Furrion pre wire setup.

This would be the case with other camera systems as well. The issue is with the wiring in the 2021 GM models. GM changed the wiring and it does not provide enough power for the cameras.
