For your application we have the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs - 4" Drop Spindle - 5 on 4-1/2 # A35RD545. This has the weight rating, 4" drop, and hub bolt pattern you're looking for and since it installs directly to the trailer frame there aren't any specific hub face or leaf spring measurements it matches with.
If you're wanting to stick with the same axle type you currently have then you'll need to reach out to a local trailer shop and have them order a custom one with those specs as we don't have anything with those measurements.
