We do have a wheel lock for your size 245/75R16 tires, but you are correct that the part you mentioned will not fit. Your 245/75R16 tires measure 9.6 inches wide, so what you can use is the following:
- etrailer Trailer Wheel Lock # 288-02020
The # 288-02020 is for tires that are 6-3/4" to 10-1/2" wide, so it will be a perfect fit for your tires to keep your truck safe and sound.
