I Have Replaced Parts Before With No Issue, Why Is My Superchips Flashpaq F5 Not Working Right Now

Question:

I have a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500, with aftermarket lift kit, 35 inch tires, aftermarket stereo, amp, and subwoofer to be installed at a later date and I recently finished installed all LED bulbs interior and exterior lights. Ive also put a 5000lb air lift loaders on the back suspension for added support, what I dont understand is with all of this Ive never had an issue. I also recently upgraded my battery to a Odyssey Batteries Performance Series 792 CCA Battery - 34-790. I dont understand why it worked before, now when I hook up the chip to change the tun from towing to performance it went into. recovery mode twice then when I tried again it just said Vehicle not respondingfoot Ive dont all the suggestions by other experts, except I couldnt find the door chime even after taking my entire dahs apart. nothing wa sspliced into any cords that they mentioned but not only does my obd2 port not work but the car wont start at all, doesnt even crank over. I canfoot seem to find any osolutions anywhere. Please help.

I would first check to see if there has been an update for your Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner - GM - Gas/Diesel, part # SU2845. If so, you should update your software. Once completed, try the tuning process again. According to Superchips, your battery will need slightly more than 12V of power, closer to 12.5V, to make changes to your tune. They recommend you charge your battery, hook it up to a charger, and then try and run the process. The extra power should help complete the tune

If the changes made to your 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 were not all done by you and you took your vehicle to a shop, did you revert it back to stock on your Superchips unit? If not, this is what is causing your problems and you will have to contact Superchips for help with this issue.

I have included a video review link below.
