Yes, the Thule Gateway Pro 3 trunk mount bike rack # TH78VR will fit your 2010 Saturn Outlook. Thule has the following installation information for this rack on your vehicle:

Place top clips in the gap at the front edge of the top of the trunk, hatch or door.
Place lower clips in the bottom edge of trunk or hatch.
Caution: Rear wiper can not be used when carrier is mounted.
Lower arm of carrier should be positioned on upper tier of bumper.

Make sure that the rack and vehicle are clean where they come into contact with each other to avoid scratching the vehicle. A coat a wax in this area will also add protection.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # TH982XT. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
