Choosing the Correct Timbren Suspension System For a 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Question:
The weight capacity on TFR250SDJ says 8600lbs but you are saying use TFRTT350J rated at 8000lbs for every day heavy hauling. I regularly tow 12k + and I want to make sure I purchase the correct one. What do you suggest? 19 f250. Thanks

With towing a 12,000lb trailer with your 2019 Ford F-250 the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRTT350J is the better choice. Your trailer will likely only add 1,200-1,800lbs of tongue weight to your truck. So you will only be using the Timbren to help reduce rear end sag from the trailer.
The Timbren # TFR250SDJ is their severe service springs. These are designed for trucks that always have a large amount of weight added to their bed. Generally used with slide in campers, tool boxes, salt spreaders or other mounted heavy accessories. If this is used on a vehicle that does not have the additional weight the ride quality will be much rougher than with the other kit.
