As long as you have a 2 inch hitch on your 2009 Ford F150 the Yakima HoldUp 2 Bike Carrier # Y02443 should work well for you.
This rack has a distance of 12 inches from the center of the hitch pin to the nearest portion of the rack and then 7 inches when folded. I would almost guarantee you would have that clearance, but you might measure the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on your rear bumper to be certain.
