Yes, depending on how the cargo divider mounts to the bed. For example, the TruXedo Truck Luggage Expedition Truck Bed Cargo Management System # TX1705211 mounts to the lip of the bedrails so you could mount it up but would have to place the clamps around the BAK Revolver X4s # BAK86ZR rails and would be slightly limited to where you can place it because the cover also uses bedrail lip clamps.

I've attached one of the product pictures below that shows it being used with a tonneau cover in place. If you have a specific divider in mind let me know and I can see if it would be compatible.
