Would the Malone Fold Away work with 50inch crossbars on my 2014 Subaru Forester? Also, Im wondering if the Aero bars are worth the extra money over the steel? For now, Ill only be transporting one or two SUPs. In the future I may want to add a second J system for a kayak. Thanks!

From the looks of your recent products viewed, you are between the Malone SteelTop # MPG202 and the Malone AirFlow2 # MPG215. Between these two models, I recommend going with the aero # MPG215 because it has a better overall design. With this design advantage, you receive the benefits of of the aerodynamic design which includes greater fuel efficiency and a quieter ride. Also, since you can clamp the # MAL38FR past the feet of the AirFlow 2, it helps maximizes the entire length of crossbar space you have for the FoldAway-5 and the additional J-carrier.
