Expert Reply:
The Electric Trailer Brake Kit, # AKEBRK-6 that you mentioned is for manually adjusted brakes for a 12" x 2" Drum on axles rated from 5,200 lbs. to 7,000 lbs.
This is the Left Hand (LH) and Right Hand (RH) assembly packaged together and will fit most standard hub-and-drum assemblies, including Dexter, Lippert (LCI), and AL-KO.
The part number, 185100 is from a different manufacturer, and is the LH assembly only, instead of a set but it to is for manually adjusted brakes on a 12" x 2" Drum with axles rated from 5,200 lbs. to 7,000 lbs.
