The Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20 should be wired to the reverse light circuit on your 7-way. Although I do not have a specific wiring diagram, this is a simple process. There are two wires on your brake actuator. One will be the ground and the other connects to the reverse lights. These are interchangeable so you don't have to worry which you use.
The reverse lights should run to the middle pin on your 7-way connector. The wire color is typically going to be yellow or purple. If you need additional wire to connect to the reverse light circuit you can use the # DW02412-1.
I have attached a diagram showing the typical color code for a 7-way, along with a helpful article on 7-way wiring for your reference.
