Expert Reply:

The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center # PD4135K comes with an internal Charge Wizard like part # PD92201. The # PD4135K has an indicator light just like the Charge Wizard does, which displays the charging mode that the converter is in:

On: Boost Mode (14.4V) — Constantly monitors battery for voltage drop and quickly recharges battery or boosts power when needed.

Fast Flash: Normal Mode (13.6V) — Continually monitors power usage, provides good charging capability and reduces water consumption.

Very Slow Flash: Storage Mode (13.2V) — Ensures battery remains charged and reduces water boil-off during storage or long periods of inactivity.

Depending on how fast your light is flashing you are either in normal mode or storage mode.
