The Malone Profile18B Rooftop Cargo Box # MPG911 is assembled in the USA but the individual parts are made overseas.
If you're looking for something that is 100% made in the USA then I recommend checking out the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Roof Cargo Box # Y95AV or the Thule Force XT XL # TH6358B. The SkyBox NX 16 is closer to the price point of the Profile18B but it only has 16 cu ft of storage while the Force XT XL is at a higher price point but has the same 18 cu ft capacity as the Profile18B you were looking at.
