Do Kuat NV Base. 2.0 & the NV 2.0 Bike Racks Tilt Back
Question:
From your description as to the major differences between the racks NV Base vs. NV 2.0 one major difference that I do not see that you mention is that the Base does not support access via a Load Tilt. Other web sites list this as a key differentiator if you plan on being able to access the inside of the vehicle without having to remove the bicycles. Do you agree. Thanks
