When I looked up the online owner's manual for your 2022 Kia Telluride they have the max trailer weight ratings listed as 1,650 lbs for a trailer without brakes but 5,000 lbs for a trailer with brakes. Since vehicle manufacturers typically rate the tongue weight rating at 10% of the trailer weight I would assume you can carry up to 500 lbs for tongue weight on your vehicle but you really need to contact your local Kia dealer for confirmation since it doesn't look like they give a specific tongue weight rating.
If you're looking to add a trailer hitch I recommend checking out the etrailer # e45ZR because it has a matte black finish and a hidden crosstube. This gives you a sleek look on your vehicle but great protection with that thicker matte powder coat than what you get with a standard gloss black coat.
This hitch has a max tongue weight rating of 750 lbs so it won't be the limiting factor of your setup and you'll be able to get the most out of a carrier like the Reese # 63153 if that's what you're looking to do.
