Question:

Hi... after a few days at our new site, my controller is set at 106 but once on it shoots up to 109.... no matter what setting I set it at, it automatically go up to 109. Also if I blend in cold water, the temp on controller go up to 111, 113....Fyi it is mid 90s outside Today we moved to a new site, 350 miles north... set up, ran hit water, does same thing. Fyi... still in mid 90s outside... Last I tried using my tank water and water pump.... same results. Please help.... as 109 too hot to shower in.

The Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater, # FR93FR uses a vortex system mixing the heated water with cold to eliminate fluctuations and reduce the risk of hot water scalding. It sounds like you may need to adjust the water control valve. I have linked the manufactures User Manual below which has a note listed to ensure your inlet water pressure is not greater than 65 psi. If you are not using an RV water pressure regulator I highly recommend that you get one.

I prefer the 90-degree angled Valterra High Flow RV Water Pressure Regulator, # A01-2222. This bend to the inlet helps provide improved stress relief for the water supply hose and connection.
