The supplemental braking system that I recommend for your 2004 Isuzu Rodeo being flat towed behind your FR3 motorhome is the Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR.
The Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR is made in the USA and is a proportional system that provides precise, responsive braking. This system is easy to set up in your Rodeo. The actuator box sits on the floor in front of the driver's seat, the adjustable feet can be raised or lowered to level the unit and the bracket clamps around the brake pedal and offers excellent leverage. The unit plugs into the 12V accessory outlet.
The other nice thing about this unit is that it is removable and transferable to another vehicle should you get a different vehicle down the road.
