From information available to me, the 2010 Suzuki Kizashi can not be flat towed. I suggest you consider the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes, # RM-2050-1. This tow dolly has a pivoting deck for easy maneuvering and electric brakes for safe stopping. The sliding ramps adjust side-to-side from 34" to 77" to fit most vehicles. This will require an electric brake controller for the motorhome that is sold separately. If you do not already have one installed, please let me know what year, make and model of Class A motor home you have.
