Can 3,500 lb Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes be Used w/ 24 Volt System
Question:
For the K23-086-087-00 trailer brake are these compatible with 24v? Thanks

Trailer brakes are 12 volt applications, but it is possible for a 24 volt system to use the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # K23-086-087-00.
One way to do so is simply use a trailer brake controller that will convert a 24 volt signal to a 12 volt signal on the brake wire, and the one that does that is the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR.
For other brake controllers, what you would need to do on a 24 volt system is get a 24 volt relay for the stop light signal (which you will need to obtain locally) and install it on the stop light switch wire. I have added a link below to a help article which details this that I recommend taking a look at.
