Best Way To Use a Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch in a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab w/ B&W Gooseneck Hitch

Do y’all carry a fifth wheel rail kit for a 2007 ram 3500 mega cab for the BandW patriot 18k slider hitch? I have a Bandw gooseneck turnover hitch installed as well.

I do have a solution for you, but there is no 5th wheel rail kit that will work in conjunction with the B&W Gooseneck hitch installed. The Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches # DM6140 is an adapter that provides industry standard mounting points using your B&W Gooseneck hitch. But it unfortunately does not work with the B&W Patriot sliding hitch because it has a raised center piece that comes in contact with the crossmember on the Patriot slider.
The best option to provide you with a sliding hitch in your 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab with B&W Gooseneck Hitch installed is to get the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W which installs using the B&W Gooseneck hitch.
