We do offer various different antennas for RV stereos like the Jensen Antenna part # 44US01R or part # JAN139. The difference mostly comes down to mast length, mount type, and cable length. The actual plug which goes into the stereo is universal so you don't have to worry about brand. That said, the actual mast is specific to the base which means you can't usually just replace this part so you'll need a new unit if yours is gone or damaged.

Yes, I contacted Jensen and they confirmed the connector on the Jensen RB Antenna #1181039 is a Motorola-type connector. Check out the video linked below for more details on this product.
