Hitch Pin Hole Differences in the etrailer E98853 and Curt c13343 Hitches on a 2018 Toyota Sienna
Question:
I’m looking at getting a hitch for my 2018 awd sienna. I know that both models are the virtually identical, but in the install videos they say the etrailer hitch has a hitch pin to edge of bumper clearance of 4 inches and the curt says it’s clearance is about 4.75 inches. Is this correct or are they the same some they are basically the same hitch? I’m leaning towards the etrailer hitch because of the matte finish but I was just curious. Thank you! Super excited to put my bikes on the back of my new ride!

I would be happy to help you. I took a look at the installation videos for both the Curt item # C13343 and the etrailer item # E98853 and it looks like the bumpers on the Sienna's are slightly different causing the discrepency in the measurements. The hitches are identical with the exception of the powder coating on the etrailer item # E98853 being flat. They are both manufactured by Curt. Both of these hitches are confirmed to fit your 2018 Toyota Sienna. They bolt directly to your van with included hardware. I recommend the etrailer hitch over the Curt.
