I'd recommend going with the 600 lb capacity Fastway e2 Trunnion Bar system, part # FA92-00-0600 which is compatible with trailers with tongue weights ranging from 250-600 lbs. You'll also need a pole tongue adapter, part # EQ95-01-5950.
For a trailer ball, use # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch ball. To install the ball, you'll need a 1-7/8 inch thin walled socket. If you don't have one or can't borrow one from a friend or neighbor, we offer them as part # EQ70-00-4800.
This system is compatible with hydraulic (surge) couplers and will allow you to back the trailer without removing the bars, but if you're backing at an extreme angle where jackknifing the trailer is a possibility you WILL want to remove the bars to prevent the possibility of them being damaged.
I've linked to the installation instructions, and to a video showing a typical install.
