Yes! I am happy to confirm that the Yakima FullBack 2 # Y02634 fit both your 2019 Lincoln Nautilus and your 2019 Ford Escape.

As far as the ease of mounting and removing, the 4-strap mounting design of the FullBack 2 is easier than many other 2-bike racks we carry. You simply attach the straps into the edges of your trunk lid. This process takes about 5 minutes. Although, it usually takes a bit longer the first time because you need to adjust the straps right out of the box. Also, if you plan to switch vehicles often, this may require just a bit more time to tighten/loosen the straps to match the contours of the Nautilus or the Escape. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the installation starting at time stamp 3:10. Since the FullBack has a customized hub setting, that setting is 2 for your Nautilus and 4 for your Escape.

It is important to note that to install the Fullback on both your Nautilus and Escape, you need to install one set of clips in "anchor mode." This simply means that instead of mounting the hooks in the trunk lid, you simply anchor the hooks into the trunk thus creating an anchor. I went ahead and attached the part of the instructions that shows this small, simply variation of the install.

If you plan on using women's bikes, children's bikes, or bikes with step-thru frames, you need to purchase a bike frame adapter bar # 64005 for each of those bikes. This adapter provides you with a straight, horizontal plane that is required to attach to the arms of the FullBack 2.
