Weight Distribution Recommendation for 2015 Jayco Octane for Ford F350 with 3 inch Hitch
Question:
I have a 2022 F350 SRW 8foot bed with a 3inch receiver. We are wanting to pull a Toy Hauler 2015 Jayco Octane model 31B. The Toy would be a 2018 Polaris Ranger XP900 about 1500lbs. Which system would be best for us? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
Since you have a 3 inch hitch on your 2022 Ford F-350 and there aren't systems that fit that hitch size directly quite yet you'd need to use the adapter part # 337RTA302 to fit a system designed for a 2 inch hitch like the Equal-i-zer part # EQ64FR which would work great for your 2015 Jayco Octane since it has a tongue weight range of 1,200 to 1,600 lbs. This also has a 4 point friction sway control integrated into it.
