Manufacturers do not list the entry door lock sizes they use so you would need to remove your current door lock and measure the cutout hole to confirm fitment. This can easily be done by removing the screws on the inside portion of your door lock and pulling it off to measure the cutout.
For example, the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000019 you were looking at will fit a cutout hole 2-1/2" to 3" wide x 3-1/2" to 4" tall.
If you can provide me with the cutout hole dimensions I can find the correct entry door lock for your 2006 Thor Vortex Toy Hauler.
