Troubleshooting 7-Way of 2011 Honda Pilot Not Active
Question:
no power at the 7 pin connector. Where do I start. I believe have the Takenosha brand

If you had the Tekonsha 7-way # 118253 or another brand installed in your 2011 Honda Pilot and there wasn't power present on the pins of the connector you most likely have blown fuses. If you check out the attached install instructions link that's on this page you'll see the two areas that you'll need to check as there are several fuses and relays it uses. One area is under the hood and the other is in the storage compartment at the rear of the vehicle.
