What Wire Should Be Used for the Running Light Circuit of a 2006 Buick Lacrosse for Trailer Wiring
Question:
I have installed one of these harnesses on my old car with no problems. On that car there were two brown wires, one from each bulb, coming out of the taillight and then merged in to a connector where it turned into a single brown. I connected to that single brown. On my new car, 2006 Buick Allure AKA Lacrosse, I have the two brown wires, one from each bulb, coming out of the taillight but i cannot find a junction point. I have followed the wires to the end of the trunk. Do you know if i can hook up this harness to just one of the browns? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you are trying to connect the running light circuit wire of the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C58044 to your 2006 Buick LaCrosse. It would not matter which of the tail light wires you use for this installation. Both wires carry the same circuit.
