If you're asking if your Forester Class C 3011 is capable of flat towing a vehicle the answer is more than likely yes. Without knowing the year it is difficult to find the towing capacity but this information should be in your owner's manual. As long as you do not exceed the towing capacity of your Forester you will be fine.
If you're referring to your 2014 Ford F-150 it will depend on the model. According to the owner's manual, if you have a 2WD you cannot flat tow or dolly tow the truck. If you have a 4WD then you will be able to flat tow your F-150. I also recommend verifying this information using your 2014 F-150 owner's manual. In order to flat tow your F-150 you will need the following:
