I recently purchased the EP85400, and was wondering what the specs were for HP and torque gains in each mode?

According to Edge, when used on the Ford 6.4L turbo Diesel, their Evolution CTS Programmer # EP96TR has the following HP/Torque numbers.

Level 0: Stock
Level 1: 25 HP, 55 ft/lb Torque
Level 2: 40 HP, 75 ft/lb Torque
Level 3: 60 HP, 130 ft/lb Torque
Level 4 100 HP, 200 ft/lb Torque

The SuperChips programmer part #SU1545 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2002 Ford F-250 with a V10 and can give you up to an additional 25 horsepower and 49 ft lbs of torque.
