I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1309 for your 2015 Ram 1500. This hitch is compatible with all bed lengths and will fit with or without the air ride system. When not needed the turnoverball simply flips out of the way for a clean bed.
The square receiver accepts other hitches like the 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4685 for additional turning clearance or B&W Companion 5th wheel hitches. There is the Slider # BWRVK3400 and Fixed # BWRVK3500 option depending on your bed length.
The Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157 will allow you to add a 7-way into the bed by connecting to the factory 7-way on your truck. This will prevent damage to the trailer wiring from being stretched over the tailgate and bed sides.
