To install a set of Yakima round crossbars on your camper shell with roof rack tracks you'd want need 4 of the Yakima Control Towers # Y8890027, 2 sets of the Yakima Landing Pad # Y00221, and one set of Yakima round crossbars, which come in varying lengths.

For 58 inch bars use # Y00409
For 66 inch bars use # Y00410
For 78 inch bars use # Y00411

You can use the Rhino Rack HD roof rack for channels part #Y01-120-NT which comes with everything to fit the channels you have on top of your ARE cap. Then for load stops for the ladders you could use the part #RRRLH and you'd be set.
