I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98901 for your 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. This hitch is one of the easiest to install and will have no issues fitting with your dual exhaust. I have linked an installation video below that will show you the installation process on a 2017 that also has the dual exhaust.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118727 will provide you with a 4-way flat trailer connection that fits most small trailer. It can also be used with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if your hitch mounted accessories impair the view of your tail lights. The Mounting Brackets # 18144 and # 18140 will allow you to secure the 4-way to the receiver without drilling.
