Replacement Power Tongue Jack For a 2020 Keystone Passport Grand Touring Travel Trailer
Question:
I have a Lippert power jack for my 2020 Keystone Passport GT. One of the gears is missing a couple of teeth. I would like to replace the gears and not the whole jack. Do you sell the gears? The jack is a Lippert 1817941.

Helpful Expert Reply:
I recommend replacing your Lippert 1817941 with a Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack # BD500199 on your 2020 Keystone Passport Grand Touring Travel Trailer. These type of jacks offer very few replacement parts and I do not see that anyone has replacement gears for their power tongue jacks including your Lippert jack. If the jack were under warranty they would replace the jack rather than just the gear. The jacks that offer replacement gears are generally jacks that are frame welded to the trailer.
The Bulldog Jack # BD500199 will give you a 5 year warranty which protects you more than the Lippert 1-year warranty.
