This can only be one of three things if your battery is charged. Power is not getting to your motor, you have a bad motor, or your ground is bad. You will need a circuit tester, part # PTW2993, for this testing. You will test for power at the motor, before the switch to your jacks, and after the switch to your jacks. Sometimes there is an inline fuse for your jacks, if you have a fuse, you will need to check the fuse too. You will be able to find out if you have a short the wires or a bad switch. If you motor is getting power and there is not a short you can move on to the next step.
You will need to use a jump wire between the negative side of your motor and your negative battery terminal. Once you are set, turn on your switch. If your motor gets power, you have an issue with your ground. You need to check the ground for rust and corrosion, any cuts in the ground wire, and you want to make sure the ground is touching bare metal. If you are not getting any power at your motor, you will need to replace the motor to your front jacks.
