The Ultra-Fab Scissor Jack # UF48-979006 that you referenced is strictly designed as a stabilization mechanism for trailers only. This jack mounts to the underside of the trailer and then drops to hold the trailer in place to prevent rocking.
My technical contact at Ultra-Fab told me that the term -jack- is an industry term for a variety of items that do not necessarily raise a vehicle, but all have a similar look such as automobile scissor jacks and trailer stabilization scissor jacks.
We do offer the Performance Tool Electric Car Jack # PTW1609 that would work for your 3/4 ton truck. The bonus is that it plugs into your 12-volt DC outlet. This is a scissor jack has a lift of 5 to 14 inches.
