Solution for Hollywood Racks e-Bike Rack that Blocks Vehicle Taillights
Question:
I have the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2 Hitches - Frame Mount Item # HLY84FR and the bikes block my brake lights. What do you recommend to have visible tail lights and where do I mount them? Thanks,

To be perfectly honest with you, because the entirety of the vehicle's brake lights are very rarely blocked by a bike rack we don't have an out of the box solution for this. (I've never heard of a situation where a bike rack user has received a ticket for having a bike rack block their taillights).
We do however offer a light kit that's designed for a cargo carrier that could be used on a bike rack. The # e98943-44LED could be zip-tied to the crossbar of the # HLY84FR bike rack where the wheel hoops attach. Be aware, this could make getting the bikes on and off the rack a bit more difficult.
You'll also need to install a 4-pole trailer connector wiring harness on your vehicle in order to power the lamps. We offer plug and play harness options for most vehicles, if you'd care to reply with the year, make and model vehicle you have, I'd be happy to recommend a wiring harness for you.
