I spoke to my contact at Ultra-Fab and he informed me that Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels # UF48-979011 that you referenced comes with a plate and installation hardware and there are two sizes of bolts that are included. The smaller bolts are 1-1/4 inches long with a 9/16 inch head and the larger bolts are 1-1/2 inches long with a 3/4 inch head.
He said that typically when you install this you weld the plate to the vehicle frame and then use the included bolts to attach the caster to the plate.
