The BX1133 base plate does not appear to fit my Willys edition 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Is there another compatible base plate or ??

For your 2017 Jeep Wrangler with the Willy's Edition trim package, providing you have the standard front bumper, I recommend the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit, # e98949. While not a Blue Ox base plate kit such as the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BX1133 that is for a Winter Edition trim package, this base plate kit is compatible with all etrailer, Demco, and Blue Ox tow bars.

What you need for your 2014 Wrangler Rubicon with the 10th Anniversary bumper is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit #BX1134. The #BX1126 will not fit. See the picture below where the #BX1134 is installed on another Wrangler with the same bumper.
