Looking for bumper hitch to fit Mallard Camp Trailer with a 4 1/4 inch x 4 1/4 inch bumper. I need 300# tongue weight capacity.

The RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # S64025 is what we have to fit your 4-1/4" x 4-1/4" bumper. The only problem is this is limited to a 200 lb tongue weight rating. If you want something with a higher tongue weight rating we need to go a different route like with a frame mount hitch receiver.

A popular option is the Curt Adjustable Width Hitch Receiver # C13704. This is a bolt-on application and fits trailers that have a 22" - 66" wide frame. This has a higher tongue weight rating at 500 lbs so it will work better for your accessory.
